What does it mean?
Calculate 3500 equal 1 pound per calories
1 pound per week, 7 days.
And then subtract caloric intake.
First set is maintenance, second set is weight loss, third is extreme weightloss.
Last box compares the numeric difference from maintenance to weightloss and maintenance to extreme weightloss.
To see how many pound of difference there is in the latter boxes, divide the resulting number with 3500 to get the pound loss.

Jahrhundert mean Century, Jahr is Year, Hundert is Hundred You know how long a Century is and won't get confused by that in German: it's a hundred years. And September and November - Und September und November But what does Wiehnachten mean separaptely (Christmas: is the meaning as a whole; but what about "Wieh" and "nachten"?) I wanted to learn German and French along Spanish (but that's because of relatives) for a long time. Duolingo is great. I should write something more meaningful but not right now.
